Registered Nurse - School

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and support student health and wellness in a school setting. In this full-time position, you will administer medications, manage health records, provide clinical assessments tailored to children and adolescents, and respond to health emergencies while promoting a safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to students
• Manage and maintain student health records
• Administer medications
• Respond effectively to health emergencies
• Conduct health assessments appropriate for children and adolescents
• Support overall student health and wellness

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong assessment and clinical skills tailored towards children and adolescents
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric or school nursing

Compensation

• $40 per hour
