Registered Nurse - School Case

Abound Health (formerly Star Pediatric Home Care Agency) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home setting. This position offers flexible scheduling with day, evening, and overnight shift options.

Clinical Setting

• Home-based care for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions
• 1:1 patient care model
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in patient care decisions
• Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey
• Compassionate and dedicated approach to pediatric care
• New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time, part-time, and various shift options available
• 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Day, evening, and night shifts

Compensation

• Pay range: $33-$45 per hour
• Base pay determined by work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training
