Registered Nurse Same Day Surgery - PRN

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Same Day Surgery department on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in the perioperative setting, supporting patients through their same-day surgical procedures and recovery. You will work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes and maintain professional communication with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the same-day surgery setting
• Manage and coordinate patient care activities
• Communicate and interact professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes
• Utilize personnel and resources effectively

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum one year of clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PALS certification
