Job Description

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patient homes across Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Weston, and Coral Springs. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with a trusted nonprofit home health provider serving Florida for 50 years.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes
Complete OASIS assessments and documentation
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition

Required Qualifications

Active Florida RN license
Minimum one year of nursing experience
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Home health experience
OASIS experience
