Registered Nurse (RN)/Nurse Extern II - Spring/Summer 2027 New Graduates

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is recruiting Spring/Summer 2027 nursing graduates for Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Extern II positions at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a rewarding nursing career. You may begin as a Nurse Extern II during your final semester of nursing school and transition directly into your RN position once you obtain your license.

Clinical Setting

St. Nicholas Hospital is part of HSHS, a healthcare system serving communities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin with 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, and over 13,000 colleagues.

Schedule and Employment

• Full-time and part-time night shift opportunities available
• 36 scheduled weekly hours
• Colleagues budgeted to work at least 32 hours per pay period are eligible for HSHS benefits

Compensation

• Pay range: $36.50 - $55.50 per hour
• Actual pay rate based on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in most areas

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
• Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa, either now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Healthcare experience
