Registered Nurse (RN)

Haida Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care to residents in our nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Hastings, Pennsylvania. You will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Lead and participate in shift reports, rounds, and care conferences to ensure accurate and timely communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, medication administration, and test results

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patient-focused approach to care
