Registered Nurse (RN)

Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation and nursing facility setting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nurse supervisor and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Schedule

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• New graduates and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply
