Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Part Time

Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in the scenic mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing and rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, promote health and wellness, and foster a supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing changes or concerns
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
