Registered Nurse (RN)

Spring Fertility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator to deliver patient-centered fertility care in a fast-growing fertility practice. This on-site role supports both clinic-based patient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including pre- and post-operative recovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and care coordination.

You will work with patients undergoing fertility treatments including egg freezing, IUI, IVF, and egg donation. This position requires establishing trust and rapport with patients, managing a large patient portfolio, coordinating treatment plans, ordering time-sensitive medications, and admitting, treating, and discharging patients within the ASC. You will monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases, provide pre- and post-operative instructions, communicate results to patients, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Employment Type

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) on-site. The role requires early hours, rotational weekends, and holiday coverage. This is a non-exempt position.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Current ACLS certification

Compensation

The salary range is $45-$50 per hour, based on job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and degrees.
