Registered Nurse RN Second Shift Supervisor 12K

The Greens at Hickory is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Second Shift Supervisor, leading the evening nursing team in a long-term care setting. In this supervisory role, you will oversee resident care, ensure clinical excellence, support nursing staff, and maintain a positive, team-focused environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM
• No regularly scheduled weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the evening nursing team
• Oversee resident care and clinical operations
• Ensure clinical excellence and quality standards
• Promote a positive, team-focused work environment
• Provide supervisory and clinical leadership

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina or Compact State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong communication and clinical leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience
