Registered Nurse (RN) – School Nurse

BrightStar Care of Clinton, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time school nursing position in the Flemington, NJ area. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours and no weekends, providing an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking stability in a school setting.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a school nurse office, providing professional nursing care to students in a K–12 school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in the school nurse office
• Administer medications as ordered
• Provide first aid and respond to student health needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
• Follow all applicable nursing, school, and safety policies

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
• No weekends
• Full-time employment

Required Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle and dependable transportation
• Most recent physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD/TB test or QuantiFERON (QFT) completed within the past 12 months
• Reliable, professional, and dependable demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous school nursing experience
• Previous pediatric nursing experience
• Previous hospital nursing experience
• Previous community nursing experience

Compensation

• $50.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
