Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in our 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic injury, and other complex medical conditions. This role focuses on helping patients regain independence and maximize their recovery through evidence-based care and patient-centered rehabilitation.

Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility operated as a joint venture between Providence Swedish and Lifepoint Health. The hospital combines advanced rehabilitation technology with a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient assessments and identify individual care needs
- Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner with attention to detail
- Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists
- Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in all patient and team interactions

- 3x12 hour shifts

Compensation and Incentives
- Wage scale: $48.76 to $67.08 per hour

Required Qualifications
- Current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school
- CPR/BCLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSN)
- ACLS certification
- CCRN certification
- Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting
