Registered Nurse (RN) — PRN

South West Georgia Homecare is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services to clients in Albany and Leesburg, Georgia. This is a flexible, as-needed position offering competitive PRN rates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skilled nursing visits and client assessments in Albany and Leesburg
• Perform supervisory visits and care plan reviews for assigned clients
• Develop, review, and update care plans in coordination with the care team
• Document visits, vitals, medications, and clinical notes accurately and timely
• Communicate client status changes to the agency and families
• Provide guidance and oversight to CNAs, PCAs, and companion caregivers

Schedule

• PRN / Per Diem flexible as-needed schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Albany and Leesburg
• Ability to pass background screening and health/TB requirements
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health nursing experience
