Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a patient care role. You will create and manage individualized plans of care, working with attention to detail to ensure each patient receives personalized, evidence-based nursing care. This position requires strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for patient needs and solve clinical problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
• Document changes in patient conditions and report observations to your supervisor
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Currently active Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of employment
• Valid driver's license
• First aid and CPR certification
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
