Registered Nurse (RN) (Per diem)

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing is seeking Registered Nurses for per diem positions to support patient care delivery in a skilled nursing facility setting. This is a CPT approved site.

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a skilled nursing facility providing care to ill, injured, and disabled residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and ensure continuity of care across all shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to individualized resident needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents' symptoms and behavior
• Guide staff and ensure tasks are being completed
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physicians
• Comply with all state requirements and facility policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
• Report to the Director of Nursing

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a skilled nursing facility

Schedule

• All shifts available
• Minimum requirement: Two weekends per month

Compensation

• $48-$52 per hour
