Job Description
Sampson Regional Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Services Unit to provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients. This is a PRN (as-needed) position.
Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative care to surgical patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation
- Demonstrate expertise in the perioperative field
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- BLS certification
- Dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing outstanding patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of perioperative experience
