Registered Nurse RN - Operating Room - Per Diem

Phoenixville Hospital, a 144-bed facility and member of Tower Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room on a per diem basis. In this role, you will develop, implement, and evaluate nursing plans of care while implementing medical plans of care in collaboration with all disciplines in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Clinical Setting

Phoenixville Hospital is located in Phoenixville, PA and is accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital features an award-winning cardiovascular program, a fully accredited cancer center, NAPBC-accredited breast health center, acute inpatient rehabilitation center, and a large robotic surgery center. The hospital is designated as a Primary Stroke Center and has been recognized for quality outcomes in joint replacement surgery and advanced heart failure care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Completion and maintenance of all competencies and trainings as required for the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac Operating Room experience

Schedule

• Per diem position with a minimum of 48 hours in a 6-week schedule
• On-call rotation required
