Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - OPSF

West Boca Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room on a per diem, rotating schedule. In this role, you will use critical thinking skills to coordinate and provide safe, quality patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will assist with organizing patient care activities as assigned in a surgical setting.

Clinical Setting

West Boca Medical Center is part of the Palm Beach Health Network and serves southern Palm Beach and northern Broward counties. The facility offers general medical and surgical care, orthopedics, a robotic surgery program, a state-of-the-art breast imaging center, women's and children's services, and a Level III NICU. The operating room is a key component of the surgical services program.

Schedule

• Per diem, rotating shifts

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program
• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient or ambulatory care experience
• Chemotherapy experience
