Registered Nurse - RN - Operating Room - Ambulatory Surgery Center

Loyola University Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Operating Room at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Maywood, Illinois, approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago. In this role, you will work as either a circulating or scrub nurse, supporting a wide range of outpatient surgical procedures across all surgical specialties. Patients return home the same day following their procedures.

Clinical Setting

This is a full-time position in a team-oriented operating room environment focused on providing exceptional patient care. You will have opportunities to manage diverse surgical cases and advance your nursing skills while working with a supportive team.

Schedule

• Full-time, day shift position
• Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• No weekends, no holidays, no on-call duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Active Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
• BLS Provider certification (accredited by the American Heart Association) prior to hire

Compensation

• BSN Pay Range: $36.05 to $59.92 per hour
• ADN Pay Range: $32.90 to $57.06 per hour
• Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles
