Registered Nurse - RN (NIGHT) PRN

This is a PRN (as-needed) night shift position for a Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct patient care to residents, working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality treatment and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents, evaluating vital signs, medical history, and current conditions to understand their health needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide wound care and manage chronic conditions
• Educate residents and their families about health management and lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
• Respond to emergencies swiftly and effectively to ensure resident safety and well-being
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
