Registered Nurse (RN) NICU (FT 7P)

This full-time position is a Level 3 NICU Registered Nurse working night shifts in Voorhees Township, New Jersey. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and premature infants, assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care based on outcome identification and evidence-based practice
• Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions and treatment regimens
• Manage rapidly changing clinical situations effectively
• Participate in clinical decision-making with the healthcare team
• Educate patients' families and responsible parties regarding disease processes, individual care needs, wellness, and safety issues
• Delegate and monitor care provided by other nursing department and healthcare team members
• Demonstrate standard precautions and patient safety principles in all practice
• Participate in orientation, education, and development of healthcare team members
• Identify and participate in performance improvement activities
• Maintain professional and departmental level competencies

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• 36 standard hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license (must be presented and maintained in accordance with State of New Jersey Licensing Board requirements)
• Level 3 NICU experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures, and standards
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to coordinate efforts of a team of care providers
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with nursing practice through journals and continuing education

• Hourly rate: $44.57 - $60.44 (actual salary varies based on applicant experience, internal equity, and market alignment)
