Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate - St Francis

Bon Secours is hiring Registered Nurses for a New Graduate program at St. Francis Downtown and St. Francis Eastside locations. This position is designed for recent nursing graduates and RN students in their final semester who are beginning their nursing careers. You will work 36 scheduled hours per week on a varied shift schedule that may include days and nights, with the opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus for night shift positions.

Eligible Candidates

You should apply if you meet one of the following criteria:

• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has been unable to take the NCLEX examination due to COVID-19 pandemic licensing exceptions in your area
• RN student currently enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program
• Interested in Med/Surg, Urology, Neuro, GI, Oncology, Telemetry, or PCU specialties

Schedule and Compensation

• Scheduled weekly hours: 36
• Work shift: Varies by location and role (Days/Nights available)
• Sign-on bonus available for new graduate RNs selecting night shift
