Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate - St Francis

Bon Secours is hiring Registered Nurses for a New Graduate program at St. Francis Downtown and St. Francis Eastside locations. This position is designed for recent nursing graduates and RN students in their final semester who are beginning their nursing careers.

Eligible candidates include recent graduates from accredited nursing programs who have completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license, recent graduates unable to take the NCLEX due to COVID-19 pandemic exceptions, or RN students enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program.

Clinical Setting

This role offers opportunities in one or more of the following specialties:

• Medical/Surgical
• Urology
• Neurology
• Gastroenterology
• Oncology
• Telemetry
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Schedule

• Scheduled weekly hours: 36
• Work shift: Days/Nights (varies by location and role)
• Sign-on bonus currently offered for new graduate RNs selecting night shift
