Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate

Southeast Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week) in our 102-bed inpatient behavioral health facility. This role is specifically open to new graduates who are pre- or post-NCLEX. You will provide nursing care to children, teens, adults, and seniors experiencing mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Clinical Setting

Southeast Behavioral Hospital provides a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient mental, emotional, and behavioral health services. The facility is located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on the banks of the Mississippi River.

Schedule

• Full-time position: 36 hours per week
• Night shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Opportunity for overtime and shift coverage available

Required Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN License or Compact RN License (or eligible to receive/renew)
• New graduates welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Compensation and Bonuses
