Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate - Nights $20,000 Sign On Bonus

Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation setting in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to launch their nursing career with comprehensive support and professional development.

Our rehabilitation hospital provides specialized care to patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. You will work collaboratively with physicians, preceptors, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs
• Develop nursing care plans based on assessment data, including problem identification, nursing diagnoses, interventions, goals, and discharge planning
• Interpret assessment information and implement individualized plans of care
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals
• Ensure medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Night shift: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Flexibility required to complete program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Valid State RN License required at start date
• BLS certification required at hire
• Applicants may apply before being licensed, but must obtain licensure before the first day of work
