Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate - Nights - $15,000 Sign On Bonus

Select Specialty Hospital - Charleston is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. This position offers new graduate Registered Nurses the opportunity to join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate patient care during vulnerable moments of recovery.

Clinical Setting

You will work at Select Specialty Hospital - Charleston, located inside CAMC, caring for patients transitioning from intensive care who require ongoing specialized nursing support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment plans, evaluation, and follow-up of patient care plans
• Conduct ongoing systematic assessment of patients' and families' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs
• Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans that include problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, interventions, goals, and discharge planning
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals
• Ensure medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely

Schedule

• 7 PM to 7 AM night shift
• Must have flexibility to complete orientation program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Valid State RN License required at start date (applicants may apply before licensure)
• BLS certification required at hire
