Join Banner Del E. Webb's New Graduate RN Residency Program and launch your nursing career on the 4D Neuro Acute Care Unit. This full-time, night shift position (7pm-7:30am) is designed specifically for new graduate nurses who have recently passed the NCLEX. You will work on a 38-bed monitored progressive care unit focused on neuro and cardiac patient populations, providing an exceptional foundation in acute care while gaining exposure to specialized neuro, stroke, vascular, and cardiac patients.
The New Nurse Experience (NNE) program has received the highest accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP). You will be clinically mentored by unit staff and educators in a collaborative learning environment designed to transition you from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse.
The innovative Progress-In-Place model allows you to care for patients throughout their hospitalization as acuity levels change, providing valuable experience across both Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care settings while enhancing critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
This is a full-time position working three 12-hour night shifts per week, including weekend and holiday rotations. You must be able to live within a reasonable commute distance of Banner Del E. Webb. The expectation is that you will remain on your NNE unit for at least 12 months to receive a full and comprehensive training experience.
