Join 7 North, a 36-bed Medical-Surgical Unit at High Point Medical Center, as a Registered Nurse supporting adult patients with a variety of medical conditions including general medicine, respiratory, renal, cardiac, and oncology. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment that emphasizes teamwork and open communication.

Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to create the safest patient environment
- Use compassionate communication and skilled nursing interventions to deliver the best patient experience
- Lead efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes across the continuum of care
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Less than 1 year of RN experience (new graduate position)
Schedule
- Full-time position, 36 hours per week
- 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly
- Days and nights available
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour
- Base compensation determined by qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and training
