The opportunity

Job Description

Fuller Hospital, a 109-bed licensed private psychiatric facility in South Attleboro, Massachusetts, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for new graduates to begin their nursing career in a supportive psychiatric setting while receiving comprehensive transition-to-practice training.

Fuller Hospital treats adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, adolescents with general psychiatric issues, and patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. The facility also operates a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.

Schedule

  • Full-time (32 hours per week) or part-time (24 hours per week)
  • Evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) or overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
  • Opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested

Required Qualifications

  • Current license to practice nursing in Massachusetts or eligibility to receive or renew licensure

Education and Training

  • In-house Psychiatric Nurse Residency Transition-to-Practice Orientation (20 CEUs) provided
