Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate FT Nights

CoxHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, in partnership with Select Medical, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night position in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role is designed for new graduates and offers an extensive orientation program to support your transition into nursing practice.

We provide specialized care to patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. You will work collaboratively with physicians, your preceptor, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs
• Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans that include problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, interventions, and discharge planning
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals
• Ensure medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely

Schedule

• Full-time nights: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Must have flexibility to complete program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Valid State RN License required at start date (applicants may apply before licensure)
• BLS certification required at hire
