Registered Nurse (RN) New Grad-Cardiac

This position offers new graduate registered nurses an opportunity to begin their nursing career in a cardiac specialty within a high-volume acute care setting. You will provide direct bedside care to patients while working within a structured new graduate training and mentorship program designed to build your clinical confidence and nursing skills.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a procedure-driven acute care facility with a focus on cardiac patient care. The environment is fast-paced with occasional periods of above-average pressure, requiring you to adapt quickly while maintaining safe and efficient patient throughput.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within your assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care aligned with the nursing process and patient needs
• Assess, plan, delegate, and exercise independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and work practices
• Direct patient care, participate in hourly rounding, and supervise healthcare team members
• Promote safe and efficient patient throughput to optimize workflow and daily operations

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
• BLS certification required at hire
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Compensation

• Up to $2,500 bonus based on eligibility
