Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Telemetry

Sage Memorial Hospital in Ganado, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical-Telemetry unit to provide direct patient care during night shifts. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, perform patient assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes for adult medical and telemetry patients.

Clinical Setting

• Medical-Telemetry unit in an acute care hospital
• Patient population: Adult medical and telemetry patients
• Patient ratio: 4:1

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes
• Administer medications
• Perform patient assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality patient outcomes

Schedule

• Night shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 7 on / 7 off rotation
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Overtime frequently available but not guaranteed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
• Experience in acute care hospital settings
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac patients
• Ability to work 7-on/7-off night schedule
• Strong independent clinical judgment
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Telemetry experience
• ACLS certification

Compensation

• Pay rate: $66 to $69 per hour
• Estimated weekly pay: $2,376 to $2,484 per week
