Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for our Labor and Delivery unit in San Luis Obispo, California. This is a 26-week contract position that frequently extends beyond the initial term.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a Labor and Delivery unit providing care to pregnant patients, laboring mothers, and newborns.

Required Qualifications

Active RN license
10 years of experience in a leadership role
Labor and Delivery background
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Clean background check

Schedule

Day shift with some visibility for evening staff
40 hours per week
Every 3rd weekend on call
Some weekend call requirements
Start date: As soon as possible

Compensation

$91.50 - $94.50 per hour
