We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

- Provide direct patient care

- Coordinate, delegate, and supervise nursing functions
- Problem solve and make decisions as necessary
- Create a patient-centered environment
- Follow facility policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Current physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles
- Ability to recognize and identify symptoms and manage emergency situations
- Knowledge of medications, their proper dosage, and expected results
- Ability to coordinate, delegate, and supervise nursing functions
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Schedule
- Rotating shifts including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts
