Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Allure of Peru is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, assess residents and report changes in condition, supervise and mentor nursing assistants, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Supervise, mentor, and support certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Schedule and Shifts

Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Second Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Third Shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN) Rates:

• Day Shift: $38/hour
• Second Shift: $40/hour
• Third Shift: $39/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Rates:

• Day Shift: $36/hour
• Second Shift: $38/hour
• Third Shift: $37/hour

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care experience
