Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Allure of Quad Cities in Moline, Illinois is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. You will support resident well-being and deliver safe, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians or supervisors
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay: LPN up to $38/hour, RN up to $42/hour
