Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion - Full-Time

Hydration Room is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a modern wellness clinic setting. This full-time position offers a focus on proactive patient wellness in a clean, professional environment across multiple Southern California clinic locations.

Clinical Setting

You will work in wellness clinics located in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, and San Marcos, with occasional on-call and mobile IV shifts. The clinics operate between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments
• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic

Schedule

This is a full-time position working 4-5 shifts per week at 8 hours per shift. Three weekend shifts are required each month. You will submit 4 days of unavailability per month.

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS certification
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN license with no sanctions, past or present
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures
• Proficiency with patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of customer service, general sales, and patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of related experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to traverse the entire facility
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation

• Base pay: $48/hour
• Guaranteed earnings up to $58/hour during your first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program
• Unlimited earning potential after six months, with many RNs earning an additional $15+/hour in tips
