Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Travel/Local)

W. W. Hastings Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide critical care services in the Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Clinical Setting

• Acute care hospital intensive care unit
• Critical care nursing environment
• Patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide direct critical care nursing services
• Monitor patients requiring intensive observation
• Operate and manage critical care equipment including ventilators and cardiac monitoring systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
• Meet physical demands of the position

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Current NURSYS Verification
• Strong critical care assessment and patient management skills
• Experience with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, and critical care equipment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (if required by facility)

Schedule

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours per week

Compensation

• Pay rate: $57 to $60 per hour
• Estimated weekly pay: $2,052 to $2,160 per week
