Job Description

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for weekend home health care. This position requires a commitment to Saturday and Sunday schedules with flexible scheduling around those core days. You will administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services in their homes, working collaboratively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services
Teach patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team
Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care
Provide direct patient care in home-based settings

Schedule

Full-time position
Weekend schedule required (Saturday and Sunday)
Flexible scheduling outside of required weekend days

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of clinical education
Current state RN license in the state where you practice
Minimum one year of experience as a licensed professional nurse
Valid state driver's license
Automobile liability insurance as required by law
Dependable transportation in good working condition
Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
CPR certification for healthcare provider
Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device

Preferred Qualifications

Medicare home health or hospice experience
Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation range: $89,000 - $95,000 based on years of experience
