Registered Nurse, RN Home Health Visits (Tuesday-Saturday)

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time home health visits in the Montgomery County area. You will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, following individualized care plans and performing nursing assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other clinical procedures. This role offers a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and execute assigned treatments and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document physicians' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Provide case management and care coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records on a touch pad tablet

Required Qualifications

• Current active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home care experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation

• Base pay: $62.00 - $72.00 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation
