Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - PRN

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN (as-needed) home health positions. In this role, you will administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services in their homes. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to deliver care according to physician orders and established plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services
• Teach patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education
• Current state RN license in the state where you practice
• Minimum one year of experience as a licensed professional
• Valid state driver's license
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Dependable transportation in good working condition
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Current CPR certification
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device

Preferred Qualifications

• Medicare home health or hospice experience
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from regional leadership
