The opportunity
Job Description
Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN (as-needed) home health position. In this role, you will provide additional coverage where needed to support patient recovery and enable patients to remain safely in their homes while spending quality time with loved ones and engaging in activities they enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home
- Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals through education on disease management
- Case manage and provide clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state where you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current driver's license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Home health nursing experience
