Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - Part-time

Comfort Home Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health and psychiatric nursing care in the Fall River area. This position offers an afternoon weekday shift with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while managing your own caseload.

In this role, you will assess patients' current conditions and medical needs during each visit, create and modify individualized care plans based on patient requirements, provide patient and family education on medication management and wound care, coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams, and document all visits accurately from home. You will work with both psychiatric and home health patients, helping them remain independent and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations while receiving compassionate care in their own homes.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psychiatric nursing preferred)
• Reliable transportation for patient visits
