Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Gallagher Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, individualized care while building meaningful relationships with your patients and maintaining independence in your work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient's medical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Help patients achieve their healthcare goals and remain safely at home
• Care for patients with a variety of medical conditions

Required Qualifications

• Current, active Pennsylvania RN license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

Schedule and Flexibility

You will work with patients to create a flexible schedule that meets both your needs and theirs. The Primary Care Model provides independence in scheduling and the ability to build a work schedule that fits your life.

Compensation

• Salary: $70,000–$90,000+
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Uncapped earning potential
• Company car for qualified individuals or mileage reimbursement
