REGISTERED NURSE (RN) FULL TIME DAY SHIFTS

AMG Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City is a Long-Term Acute Care hospital seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for day shifts. This role focuses on direct and indirect patient care in a specialized setting that manages complex medical needs. You will work with patients requiring respiratory support (ventilation, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, CPAP), sedation and pain management, pressor management, cardiac and anti-arrhythmic management, long-term IV antibiotics, and complex wound care. The hospital maintains a high staff-to-patient ratio to ensure individualized attention and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting
• Communicate with physicians and co-workers about changes in patient clinical condition, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
• Perform general nursing duties across departments with adequate supervision
• Manage patients with respiratory failure, complicated infections, and chronic non-healing wounds

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• ICU, step-down, or critical care experience
• Acute care experience

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time day shifts
• Shift differentials paid for all weekend shifts
• Sign-on bonus of $10,000 or tuition reimbursement available with a 2-year minimum commitment
