Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Nights | St. Luke's Rehab

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position at St. Luke's Rehab. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing, and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process
• Direct and supervise care provided to patients on the nursing unit
• Plan and coordinate patient care including interdisciplinary planning
• Develop and implement discharge planning
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization care
• Access and coordinate community resources
• May perform duties as Charge Nurse when assigned (ACLS certification required for this role)
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where the facility resides, or compact licensure if applicable
• Current BLS certification (AHA approved)
• ACLS certification (AHA approved) required within 90 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
