Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED) - St. Vincent Medical Center

Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. St. Vincent is a Regional Tertiary care facility and Level I Adult Trauma Center serving a 150-mile radius of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. The facility is also designated as a STEMI Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, and partners with Nationwide Children's Hospital to provide pediatric trauma care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and teaching through the nursing process
• Direct and guide the activities of other nursing personnel
• Maintain standards of professional nursing and established organizational policies and procedures
• Assist in the provision of care to patients of all age groups

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university
• Current Ohio RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Other certifications as required by department policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior nursing experience

Schedule

• Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation required per department policy
