Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis - PRN Days | Fargo Rehab

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Dialysis team at Fargo Rehab on a PRN (as-needed) basis working day shifts. In this role, you will oversee dialysis treatments for patients with acute or chronic kidney failure under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care using the nursing process
• Oversee dialysis treatments as ordered by physicians
• Plan and coordinate patient care including interdisciplinary planning
• Participate in discharge planning and patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization care
• Access community resources as needed for patient support
• Perform Charge Nurse duties when assigned (ACLS certification required for this role)
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Schedule

• PRN (as-needed) day shifts with flexible scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification (preferred initially, required after 90 days of employment; required from day 1 if assigned as Charge Nurse, High Obs, or ICU)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC)
