Registered Nurse (RN)

Complete Care at Kresson View is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. As an RN, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a long-term care facility where you will provide direct nursing services to residents, supporting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians' orders per resident care plans
• Monitor and assess residents' health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing

• Experience in long-term care
