Registered Nurse (RN)

Comfort Home Care is seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide psychiatric and home health nursing care in the Boston area. In this role, you will visit patients in their homes to help them remain independent, avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, and receive compassionate care. You will manage your own schedule, build long-term relationships with patients, and make clinical decisions that directly impact their care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' current conditions, medical needs, and overall well-being at each visit
• Create and modify individualized care plans based on patient needs and changing conditions
• Provide patient and family education on medication management, wound care, and other clinical topics
• Communicate and coordinate with providers, families, and care teams to ensure patients receive appropriate care
• Document visit notes from home to maintain accurate records for continuity of care

Schedule

• Full-time positions available
• Morning or afternoon/evening weekday shifts
• Flexible scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psychiatric nursing preferred)
• Reliable transportation for patient visits

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
